 Tutorial - Viewing All Reports

eJobfile's Project Report Summary page conveniently allows the user to view the complete text of all reports that have been entered for a project. This screen can be printed for future reference by the user and provides an easy method of locating a particular report when its date is unknown.

The project report summary page is divided into two main areas, general project information and reports. The general project information includes:

  • The project name and address
  • The project's primary contact within your company, doubling as a hyperlink for sending them e-mail if their e-mail address has been specified within the project administration screen.
  • The primary contact's phone number
  • The start date of the project
  • The scheduled completion (end) date of the project
  • The current status of the project

Beneath the general project information, the report listing displays each report, starting with the latest report entered and ending with the first report entered (based on the date of the report). Report dates also double as hyperlinks back to the Project View page. When clicked, the page is displayed with only the selected report displayed.

If the user has access to more than one project, they may return to the project selection screen at any time by clicking the Browse button located at the top of the screen. After doing so, and selecting a project from the selection list, they are taken back to the main Project View page.

When the user has finished viewing their project reports, they click on the Log Off button to end their session, returning them to the Login page.
