The eJobfile Project Report Maintenance screen is accessible from the
Project Administration screen by clicking the Report Maint.
button (only when a project is currently loaded within that screen).
Doing so opens the Project Report Maintenance screen, ready for a new
report to be entered for the current project.
To Enter a new project report:
- Enter the Report Date in month-day-year form.
- Enter the text of the report, either by typing it in the box
provided, or by copying it from another source, such as a word
processor, and pasting it into the Report Text box. We recommend the
later method so you can proof/spell-check the report before entering
it into eJobfile.
- When you have completed entering the report text, click the
Add/Update button to save the report.
To Edit an existing project report:
Open the desired project using one of the following methods:
- Click the Browse button at the bottom of the screen to display the Browse
Reports screen. Select the desired report from the list to return
with the selected report displayed.

- Open the first or last report for the current project by clicking the |< or >|
buttons at the bottom of the screen. Then, use the < or >
buttons to scroll through the current project's reports until the desired
report is
displayed.

- Once the desired report is displayed within the Project Report
Maintenance screen, you may make your desired changes and click the Add/Update button to
save those changes.
To Delete an existing project:
- Select the desired project report using one of the methods outlined above and
click the Delete button.
