 Tutorial - Report Maintenance 

The eJobfile Project Report Maintenance screen is accessible from the Project Administration screen by clicking the Report Maint. button (only when a project is currently loaded within that screen). Doing so opens the Project Report Maintenance screen, ready for a new report to be entered for the current project.

To Enter a new project report:

  1. Enter the Report Date in month-day-year form.
  2. Enter the text of the report, either by typing it in the box provided, or by copying it from another source, such as a word processor, and pasting it into the Report Text box. We recommend the later method so you can proof/spell-check the report before entering it into eJobfile.
  3. When you have completed entering the report text, click the Add/Update button to save the report.

To Edit an existing project report:

  1. Open the desired project using one of the following methods:
    • Click the Browse button at the bottom of the screen to display the Browse Reports screen. Select the desired report from the list to return with the selected report displayed.
      -- OR --
    • Open the first or last report for the current project by clicking the |< or >| buttons at the bottom of the screen. Then, use the < or > buttons to scroll through the current project's reports until the desired report is displayed.
  2. Once the desired report is displayed within the Project Report Maintenance screen, you may make your desired changes and click the Add/Update button to save those changes.

To Delete an existing project:

  1. Select the desired project report using one of the methods outlined above and click the Delete button.
